Built out your new sales funnel, eh? Make sure you're not missing this essential tool...
You probably know by now that here at BizMomLife, we love us some tricked out sales funnels. I've personally been experimenting with different sales funnels for the past 5 years even though I really had no idea what I was doing.
There are several tech tools needed for a truly automated sales funnel to convert and convert consistently. But there was one tool that I really didn't think I needed until recently.
When I figured it out, I realized that your sales funnel is only as good as your shopping cart. Yup, your shopping cart.
Your automated sales funnel is only as good as your shopping cart.
I had PayPal and Stripe and my website was doing a good job of providing a dinky little shopping cart, so I didn't really think about how important a really good shopping cart was to my automated sales funnels. If you're trying to build a freedom-based business and create some passive income, then your shopping cart has to really pick up a lot of the heavy lifting.
What's your definition of a freedom-based business?
We talk about sales funnels all the time in the online world and how not to have to go and get every new client manually. Going after one client at a time or one customer at a time or one member at a time would be very time consuming and unproductive. So we want to automate as much of that process as possible. Your shopping cart can actually move people through your funnel without you having to be there and that really is part of the definition of a freedom-based business.
In today's episode, I talk a bit about the different shopping cart options out there and how they can bring your sales funnel alive! You always want to be thinking about your end user's experience. A seamless flow from the sales page to the checkout page to the confirmation page is much more important than you may realize, so do your homework and be sure to add this one essential tool to your sales funnels.
I'd love to know your experience with what shopping carts you're using. Or if you're not currently using one, what's holding you back from adding this tech tool to your business? If you're here on this blog, you most likely are interested in building a freedom-based business, which means you need an automated sales funnel somewhere in your business. We do this so that we can have time to spend with our kids and our loved ones and do things that we enjoy.
